In the morning pick up guest from hotel, we travel to visit Boeung Mealea Temple located about 40 km east of the Bayon temple and about 7 km southeast of Phnom Kulen. Boeung Mealea was built at about the same time as Angkor Wat temple. Its dimensions are similar, but Boeung Mealea has no central pyramid. It's enclosed by a moat measuring 1,200 meters by 900 meters. Most of the Buddhist temples built under Jayavarman VII (Preah Khan, Banteay Kdei, Ta Som and Ta Prom) were modeled after this complex. And we transfer to hotel.
