When the Khmer Rouge came to power it was converted into the S-21 prison and interrogation facility.The building now serves as a museum, a memorial and a testament to the madness of the Khmer Rouge regime. After that we continue to visit The Killing Field that Located about 17km south of Phnom Penh, Choeung Ek was once an orchard and a Chinese graveyard.And continue trip to shopping at Central Market ( Phasr Thmey ) is a good place to pick up souvenirs, books , And then we have the cruise on Mekong River Boat, there is a huge community living on the lake itself. This is definitely a gentle and wonderful way to experience local life that has remained unchanged for centuries and come back to Hotel.
